CEU Credits
.1 CEU = 1 PDH (Professional Development Hour)
APWA's education sessions and exhibit showcase presentations are eligible for CEU credit. The CEU is a nationally-accepted measure of participation in continuing education activities. By obtaining them, you can demonstrate to your employer and certification bodies that you are learning new skills and keeping current with changes in the profession. NEW THIS YEAR—You can earn CEUs for attending exhibitor showcase presentations!
The Congress registration fee covers the cost of CEU processing. You will find instructions in your onsite materials about how to receive these valuable credits. There are three learning objectives for each session on the website.
APWA is an approved Florida Board of Professional Engineers training provider – 0003888.
CEU requirements for water/waste water operators vary from state to state. Before you send in your CEU application, check with your state certifying agency to see if CEUs from APWA will be accepted.
The American Public Works Association has been reviewed and approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
Don’t miss this opportunity to tour local top public works projects! Earn CEUs and see firsthand public works operations and facilities.
