Anita Rhoade
“Anita Rhoade” was the master of ceremonies and emcee for all four General Sessions of this year’s Congress, and provided plenty of comic relief throughout the week. “Being here in the Mile-High City,” she began, “I like to think we as public works can elevate anything. I like to call it Altitude with Attitude!” Okay, so maybe you had to be there, but in a sense you can be—check out her hilarious “VLOGs” from the show.
