All sponsorships returned before March 15, 2011 will receive a 5% discount.
Sponsor more than one program and receive a 5% discount off each opportunity.

- Signage strategically placed during the conference with your name and booth number
- Additional APWA priority points (maximum of 5 additional points)
- Sponsor ribbons for all of your booth staff

Sustainable Presenting Sponsor
As the Presenting Sponsor your company logo will be prominently displayed on the front cover of the Conference program along with your company profile included on the sponsor page of the program. Your company will continue to gain exposure throughout the Conference as your logo will be displayed as attendees walk into the general session. You will have the opportunity to introduce the keynote speaker and provide a general statement about your company. Additional benefits include the opportunity to provide a giveaway at the general session (must be a sustainable product) post conference use of special conference logo acknowledging your company’s support of this conference throughout 2011. Two full-paid registrations to attend the Conference are included in this exclusive sponsorship package.

Your company logo will be displayed on event signage as well as printed on napkins used at the refreshment break. Additional exposure opportunities are available as you have the opportunity to provide a giveaway at the refreshment break (must be a sustainable product).
Sponsorship Fee: $2,000.00 per each refreshment break or sponsor the break for both days for $3,000.00

Give the attendees something they need and put your logo right in front of them. Your logo will be the screen saver on each monitor and on the Cyber Station signage.
